1. Services

Procraft (TJ Print Haus Sdn. Bhd.) provides large format printing, custom fabrication, and event production services. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice until a formal agreement is signed.

3. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery/installation. Payment methods will be specified in the invoice.

4. Production & Delivery

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Procraft will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines. Delays caused by client-side factors (late approvals, material changes) may extend timelines.

5. Artwork & Files

Clients are responsible for providing print-ready artwork and files. Procraft is not liable for errors in client-supplied materials. We offer design consultation at additional cost if required.

6. Liability

Procraft's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Procraft remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Client-supplied logos, images, and content remain the property of the client.
